Joseph E. Cardon (1872-1956) was a teacher, businessman, and politician in Utah. He served a mission to the Northern States Mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints between 1896 and 1899. He served as editor of the Liahona journal between 1913 and 1916.
